The Technology Transfer
Commercialization Act of 2000 requires technology transfer
ombudsmen to report quarterly on their use of alternative dispute
resolution. This extension ensures that required reports are
collected, while maintaining a very low burden on affected parties
through the use of e-mail to collect reports.
