Page 8, Table D, Item 1.1: Return departure within 12 hours was replaced with 3 hours. Back-catering concerns the storage of food on aircraft while it is on the ground. The original standard of 12 hours for flight turnaround was determined to be too high and is being revised to a more practical 3 hours.
Page 8, Table D, Item 1.2: “Tamper-proof compartments” was replaced with “tamper-proof (breakable seal) compartments”. The change clarifies the type of security and standardizes it across agency documents.
The form’s version date shown on each page footer was changed from 12/2021 to 06/2022.
None of these changes affect the burden associated with completing the form.
