requirements for businesses requiring APHIS approval to process
regulated garbage.

There is an adjustment decrease
of -589 respondents and -1,538 responses resulting in a decrease of
-2,098 total burden hours. There is a program change decrease of
-13,830 responses resulting in a decrease of -7369 total burden
hours because of APHIS removing several activities and moving them
to a new common form information collection. The removed activities
are as follows: • Emergency Action Notification (PPQ Form 523 •
Notice of Arrival (PPQ Form 368 or equivalent) • Application for
Permit to Move Live Plant Pests, Noxious Weeds, Soil, and
Prohibited Plants - Importation (PPQ Form 526) • Compliance
Agreement (PPQ Form 519)
