Questions Asked to Air Passengers Going Through Compliance Checks


  • Is the person an air crew member on official duty? (If yes, compliance check stops)

  • Is the air passenger a member of the US military on active orders? (if yes, compliance check stops)

  • Is the air passenger a US citizen, lawful permanent resident, non-US citizen traveling on immigrant visa, refugee, parolee, asylee or follow-to-join family member? (if yes, compliance check stops)

  • If applicable, does the air passenger have proof of being fully vaccinated for COVID-19 per CDC’s Order: Implementing Presidential Proclamation on Safe Resumption of Global Travel During the COVID-19 Pandemic?

    • If noncitizen nonimmigrant is not fully vaccinated, do they meet an exception to the proof of full vaccination requirement?1

  • Any other information needed to confirm the air passenger meets compliance of the Order
