Abstract: This request is for a three-year extension of the previously approved OMB clearance for the Higher Education Research and Development (HERD) Survey and the Federally Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC) R&D Survey. The surveys were last conducted for FY 2021. The OMB clearance for the surveys will expire on August 31, 2022.
