The Department of Energy’s (DOE) centralized Applicant Portal helps to focus the agency’s recruitment, marketing, and outreach efforts needed to recruit the talent required to execute the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law by directing all interested candidates to one central location. The Applicant Portal helps advance DOE’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility initiatives by optimizing our ability to connect with underrepresented communities typically disenfranchised by the complexities of the traditional Federal applicant system.
