Personal Safety and Security Questionnaire
The Foreign Service Institute's Transition Center is updating the mandatory MQ911 Security Overseas
Seminar.  The update is focused on 1) what best prepares our Foreign Affairs Professionals and Family
Members for their personal safety and security responsibilities while serving abroad; 2) presenting
content that complements FACT; and 3) making sure we are using the best methodology and modality
for this training.

Please complete these questions to help us better understand what personal safety and security
knowledge, skills, and attitudes you see lacking in the field. The survey should take no more than 10
minutes to complete.
