your most recent FSI test. In the FSI Language Testing Unit (LTU), we would like to ensure that:
1. Test scheduling and logistics are easy to accomplish.
2. Test preparation activities offered by the LTU are useful.
3. Interaction with LTU administrative and testing staff helps examinees show their best
performance on the test.
4. Technical issues such as sound or image quality are addressed.
