The children's sleepwear standards
require manufacturers and importers of children's sleepwear
garments and fabrics to perform periodic testing of representative
samples to assure that the items meet the performance requirements
of the standards. Manufacturers and Importers are required to
establish and maintain records of the testing required by the
standard for a period of three years.
