Information is used to determine applicant's eligibility for a direct loan; ensure cash flow projections are based on actual production history; ensure that loan is adequately secured; and obtain assignments on income or sales proceeds to ensure timely repayment of the loan.
There were changes to the numbers to make a correction. The total of burden hours increased by 102,985 hours, and the number responses increased by 283,953. The average time per form is currently correct in the spreadsheet and the burden hours for some forms are accurately calculated automatically this time. The previous Reporting and Recordkeeping Requirements format were calculated manually led to reporting the miscalculated numbers for some forms. Thus, the numbers are currently reflected in the information collection request.
