CET – Annotated Questionnaire (Wave 25)

Note: The questions below are the proposed questions for the twenty-fifth wave of the Weekly Current Events Tracker (CET). Questions highlighted in yellow will be asked every week; questions highlighted in blue will be rotated into the survey on a monthly basis; and questions highlighted in green are meant to be asked in Wave 25 only or are being asked again to update data on a variable of interest. We will be fielding the Parent Vaccination Decisions module, and new questions around boosters, the Delta variant, and reinstating pandemic restrictions.
