Prior to the resubmission of the information collection âAward Closure Statement Documents,â the agency will evaluate the burden and usability of these new forms and the new grants management and financial reporting systems and identify any unnecessary and/or duplicative information collected. This evaluation will be guided by the principles and priorities set forth in the memorandum titled âImproving Access to Public Benefits Programs Through the Paperwork Reduction Actâ (April 13, 2022) https://www.whitehouse.gov/wp-content/uploads/2022/04/M-22-10.pdf. The assessment will inform and be integrated in the agencyâs next extension or revision of this information collection.
