TITLE OF INFORMATION COLLECTION: Cancer, Aging, and Comorbidities Webinar Series (NCI)



PURPOSE: The Cancer and Comorbidities Working Group at the National Cancer Institute, in collaboration with the National Institute on Aging, will host a virtual workshop entitled ‘Cancer, Aging, and Comorbidities.’ This workshop will encompass a series of seven webinar-based sessions delivered from January to July 2023.


These sessions will facilitate the current understanding of the complex roles of aging and comorbidities in cancer treatment, treatment response mechanisms, and survivorship.  The speakers will discuss the challenges and opportunities in research areas of high significance to the intersection of cancer, aging, and comorbidities.


To understand the affiliations of the attendees and distribute meeting information, such as webEX links to the audience, registration is required. Therefore, this request is to seek approval for acquiring an individual’s full name, email address, and organization information for this webinar series.


DESCRIPTION OF RESPONDENTS: The targeted group will be scientific researchers interested in learning about the advance in the field of aging, cancer treatment, and comorbidities. Most of the respondents are expected to be academic cancer researchers.
