Special Victims' Counsel Feedback Survey

Thank you for assisting the SVC program by providing valuable feedback. Responding to this survey
is voluntary, in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974. All survey information is collected
anonymously. IP addresses and PII will not be collected. In order to assist with maintaining
confidentiality, respondents are advised not to include any personally identifiable information in their
responses. An agency may not conduct or sponsor, and persons are not required to respond to, a
collection of information unless it displays a currently valid OMB control number. The OMB control
