Instructions for Form FSA 2529
NEGIOTIATED APPRAISAL AGREEMENT
This form is used by FSA and the borrower when the borrower has requested negotiation of an appraisal. It informs the appraiser of the requirements the appraisal must meet, what will be paid, and by whom. It is prepared only after the borrower has received information which explains in detail all their options.
