Short Statement: Annual burden was increased because the Islands survey, large corporate survey, public survey, and Tribal interview components have been added. We are also increasing the number of state intensifications and science modules each year. Additionally, we have changed out predicted response rates from previous information collections to match our actual response rates to estimate burden more accurately.
