Short Statement: The estimated annual burden hours for Form N CEN has changed from 54,890 hours to 52,718 hours (a decrease of 2,172 hours). This is due to the net effect of proposed amendments to Form N-CEN that would require a fund to identify liquidity service providers and proposed amendments that would remove the requirement to report information about a fund’s use of swing pricing. We do not estimate a change in cost burden.
