Abstract: The FR LL-(b)11 collects from certain savings and loan holding companies (SLHCs) information about their Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings, reports, financial statements, and other exhibits that the Board requires. The Board uses this data to analyze the financial condition of respondent SLHCs, and assess regulatory compliance.
