1. In Part B –FSA Applicable Program item numbers changed as follows:

Item 7 Program (FSA use only) changed the following program names:

• Livestock Forage Program (LFP) changed to Livestock Forage Disaster Program (LFP)

• eLoan Deficiency Web Payment changed to Loan Deficiency Payments
