1) Page 1, section titled RESTRICTIONS AND CONDITIONS FOR TRANSPORTING UNDENATURED INEDIBLE PRODUCT, added regulatory reference: 9 CFR 327.20

2) Page 2 INSTRUCTIONS FOR PREPARATION OF FSIS FORM 9540-4, modified instruction for block 14 “Name of product as labeled and species derived from” with the following clarification:

If the meat is derived from animal cell culture technology, this must be indicated in the product description (e.g., Raw ground non intact cell-cultured beef)
