This nonsubstantive change request submission is in response to the Service’s identification of necessary updates described below to address issues brought to our attention by applicants:

3-200-14: Eagle Exhibition:

• Updated “Return Addresses”, “Instructions” and “FAQ” links, and added an “Additional Information” link to connect to the new ePermits page associated with the application.

• Updated link in Section D to connect to new ePermits page that contains information about fees and regulations.

• Added a paragraph at the top of Section E to describe the questions needed to be answered for renewal applications.
