Abstract: This information collection helps BIA allocate resources for contracts with Tribal organizations, States, public school districts, and Indian corporations who provide eligible Indian students programs to meet their specialized and unique educational needs, including programs supplemental to the regular school program and school operational support to maintain established educational standards.

Short Statement: Updates were made to burden estimates incorporating suggestions from respondents. BIA also proposes to revise the information collection to incorporate changes in program frequency; as well as efficiency gains through reducing redundancy.
