Abstract: This request is for Office of Management and Budget (OMB) renewal of an existing information collection implementing the recordkeeping requirements of the Vietnam Era Veterans’ Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974, as amended, 38 U.S.C. 4212. These requirements apply to both supply and service and construction federal contractors and subcontractors who meet the appropriate thresholds.
