No county-level oat data in Idaho was publishable for 2021 or 2022. Refer to https://quickstats.nass.usda.gov/ for
State total estimates.

NASS prepares and publishes crop annual county data to support the USDA farm programs. The annual county data are
based on reports from a sample of farms and ranches. For wheat, barley, and oats, the September Acreage and Production
survey is supplemented with a County Agricultural Production survey.
It may not be possible to publish information for all counties. NASS adheres to strict publication standards to avoid
disclosure of individual operations. A minimum number of reports and/or coverage level must be met for a county’s data
to be published.
Small grain county estimates are released in early December each year. NASS also releases the data in our Quick Stats
searchable database: http://quickstats.nass.usda.gov/
The expected release dates for future 2022 crop county estimates is as follows:
