Short Statement: The Commission is reporting program adjustments/increases to the total number of unique respondents of +2,360, total number of annual responses of +8,994, to the total annual burden hours of +30,719. These adjustments are due to an upward correction to the number of unique respondents and updates to the number of annual responses for the Telecom and Healthcare Connect Fund Programs since the last submission.
