Abstract: Section 602(f) of the WARN Act requires that the Commission "require by regulation technical testing for commercial mobile service providers that elect to transmit emergency alert and for the devices and equipment used by such providers for transmitting such alerts." We require Participating CMS Providers to support State/Local WEA testing and alert logging.
