Abstract: Small Business Administration maintains the SBIR.GOV database (formerly Tech-Net) which collects information form small businesses (1) Company Registry-where firms register in the system as a prerequisite to applying with a proposal to one of the SBIR/STTR participation agencies; and (2) Commercialization Database-where firms provide information to document the commercialization development of their awarded technologies.
