to respond to a collection of information unless such collection displays a valid OMB control number
(OMB 0985-xxxx). Public reporting burden for this collection of information is estimated to average 25

and reviewing the collection of information. The obligation to respond to this collection is voluntary.
Send comments regarding the burden estimate or any other aspect of this collection of information,
including suggestions for reducing this burden, to the Administration for Community Living, U.S.
Department of Health and Human Services, 330 C Street, SW, Washington, DC 20201-0008, Attention

The Technical Assistance for Independent Living Grantee Survey is being conducted to collect
information about technical assistance (TA) used by independent living grantees to strengthen

inform ACL’s approach to improve TA efforts. Participation in this survey is voluntary. There are no
penalties for nonparticipation. If you have questions or comments about this survey, please contact
Dustin Williams by email at [email protected] or toll-free by phone at 1-877-834-7087 or contact Peter
Nye at [email protected].
