Type of Request: Reinstatement, with
change, of previously approved
collection for which approval has
expired.
Form Number: HUD–92330.
Description of the need for the
information and proposed use: HUD
uses form HUD–92330 to obtain data
from a mortgagor relative to actual cost
of a project. The mortgagor is required
to certify to HUD the project’s actual
cost by submitting the form. HUD uses
