The Certification of Completion is
required for projects developed under the Public Housing
Development Regulations 24 CFR 905. This Certification is necessary
to establish that a contractor or developer has satisfactorily
completed a construction project. The Certificate certifies that
all work covered in the contract, originally required to be
completed on a specific date was actually completed
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
