Justification of Addition to Organizational Type Drop-Down Menu

Justification for Additional Organizational Type Category to OMB Collection Number
0412-0623 Instruments 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. A “Government, non-US” organizational-type
category was previously omitted from the drop-down menu of the surveys. This
organizational-type category is needed because among the Board for International Food and
Agricultural Development’s global event participants some are affiliated with regional, national,
and municipal governments. This organizational category is needed to differentiate these
participants from the US Government at USAID and other US government agencies. The
disaggregation category is consistent with the approved monitoring evaluation and learning plan
for the BIFAD activity.
