Abstract: In response to IRC recommendation 3.7a, the DOCP is a flexible and brief survey tool which unit commanders and organizational leaders can use for gathering timely feedback on topics of concern to their unit or organization. Intended to provide insight into targeted topics that are relevant to specific units.
