Short Statement: The burdens hours and cost estimates have changed due to an increase in the average number of requests expected as a result of four new Rules being implemented and added to this collection. Additionally, the average salary for the public has increased causing an overall increase in cost. The government salary has been adjusted to accurately reflect cost estimates.
