Miscellaneous Actions
There is a change in burden hours and cost burden due to an adjustment in agency estimate. The number of respondents has doubled, increasing from 25 to 50. In addition, the calculation of burden hours has changed from estimating the total for one year to averaging over three years. This change was made to reflect that the program competition is conducted only once every three years. The total burden hours of 10,000 has been divided by three and reduced to 3,333. "ROCIS Note: The program change comes to responses -4 and the burden -7,467 due to an IC adding it to another IC."
