Proposed Data Elements for Participants

These are topic areas NHTSA believes are relevant to inform the public about the significant activities taking place across our nation regarding on-road testing of automated vehicles. The topics are divided into groups: 1) Companies conducting AV testing and information related to their operation and 2) States and local governments and the relevant laws and policies specifically related to AV testing in their respective localities.
