Shape1 TITLE OF INFORMATION COLLECTION: Rockledge I/II Phase 3 & 4 Post-Move Survey

PURPOSE:

We are collecting information for the relocation of (7) NIH OD-groups and Institute/Centers/Offices (ICOs) to Rockledge I and II. We are sending the survey to the seven (7) IC/OD-groups who were impacted by the moves to Rockledge in Phases 3 and 4 (CSR, DPCPSI, EDI, OALM, OMA, OSP, OTT).

We are asking the federal employees and the contractors who work in their space to participate in a web-based survey that will help us understand how the move process went, as well as the extent to which they were engaged with the change management process. This survey asks a series of questions about the change management process, how the process and communication could improve and what they wished they knew sooner. This will help us understand the effectiveness of change management efforts with this project, as well as ways to improve the change management and communications process for future NIH projects.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONDENTS:

The respondents are the NIH federal employees and their contractors who will be consolidating their office space into the project location noted above.
