Partner Organization Interview Protocol

To be read aloud: Thank you for taking the time to complete this interview. The purpose of this information collection is to help the federal program team understand diaper need in communities across the country. This is a voluntary collection of information. It should take you about 45 minutes to complete this interview. Your responses will be kept private. The information collected will be shared with both federal program staff and a research team, but your responses will be anonymous. With your permission, we will record this interview today. Do you consent to recording?

  1. Before you were awarded the DDDRP funding, how many children in diapers did you typically serve each month?

  2. How did you hear about the Diaper Distribution Demonstration and Research Pilot?

  1. Describe your diaper procurement and distribution strategy.

    1. Who do you purchase diapers from?

    2. How do you determine the quantity of each size you purchase?

    3. How do you account for the changing sizes of children as they grow in your purchasing?

    4. How much do you pay for diapers?

    5. How do your clients receive their diapers?

    6. How often do your clients receive diapers?

    7. How many diapers do they receive per visit?
