Abstract: This request is sought to continue the use of challenges and competitions as a means to promote innovative solutions to the problems and needs confronting DOC. The approval will enable DOC to continue collecting specific information necessary to evaluate solutions provided by individuals and/or organizations in response to requests by the Federal government.
