Abstract: The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC) Environmental Questionnaire and Checklist (EQC) allows for a more rapid review of infrastructure projects and facilitate DOC in evaluating the potential environmental impacts of a project and in determining whether a Categorical Exclusion (CE) to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) applies to the project.
