Project 1 EXAMPLE: NONE EXAMPLE: Systems Software EXAMPLE- The purpose of my project is to create a multi-agent pathfinding algorithm that will be run in a simulation of self-driving cars to minimize passengers' time waiting and in transit in an ideal environment free of human error, while not drastically increasing calculation time. For testing, I will crete a simulation in which self-driving car agents pick up and deliver randomly placed passengers. Several algorithms will be tested with eight different combinations of the number of agents, passengers, and randomly placed obstacles, and the size of the environment grid. EXAMPLE- Having a mentor would give me a more experienced outlet for feedback and help evaluating my ideas. EXAMPLE- I would like a mentor with knowledge of pathfinding, algorithm efficiency, and/or computer programming in general. EXAMPLE: Smith - 5 EXAMPLE: Smith - I specialize in this student's project category.
