The Office of Management and Policy Analysis (OMPA) oversees and provides consultative
services to NIDDK staff for the following NIDDK-wide programs: Risk Management, Emergency
Management, Records Management, Privacy, Delegations of Authority, Mandatory Training,
Reorganizations, and Project Clearance. OMPA collaborates with subject matter experts to pull
and interpret Human Resources and/or process data, then visualizes the data to inform NIDDK
Leadership decisions. OMPA also has expertise in creating, administering, and reporting out
on surveys.
