Abstract: The objectives of the study are to describe: 1) How each study State defines and measures good and/or bad customer service for SNAP applicants and participants, particularly those that go beyond the minimum requirements set by FNS; and 2) How the State SNAP agency in each study State implements and refines its customer service approach.
