The Federal Firearms License (FFL)
RENEWAL Application—ATF Form 8 (5310.11) Part II is used by members
of the public to renew a Federal firearms license (FFL). The
collected information is used to identify the FFL business premises
and/or firearm collection activity, and determine the applicant's
eligibility for a FLL renewal.
The adjustments associated with
this information collection include a slight decrease in the
average total respondents and responses from 34,000 per year to
33,500 per year, since the last renewal in 2019. Therefore, the
total annual burden hours decreased by 250 hours.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
