I dug a little deeper regarding this collection and FEMA responded to the comment received from
the 30-Day public comment period back in April, but we were waiting for OMB to open the ROCIS
workflow for amendment to upload the updated Supporting Statement A (attached).

However, this ICR package is designated as a Revision in ROCIS and OMB will very likely ask us
to change this to a renewal package.  OMB will need to withdraw this ROCIS workflow and I will
have to create a new one.  Please note that this collection was scheduled to expire last November, so
Michael will need to make sure the collection does not immediately expire upon his withdrawal.

Ty,
Please find FEMA's response to the public comment from the 30-Day
public comment period that OMB returned as a passback in the
response to Questions 8 and 15a of the updated Supporting Statement
A that's dated today.  I've also included a copy on the public comment
given to us by OMB.
Could you please open the ROCIS worklfow for amendment and I will
add both the public comment and the updated Supporting Statement to
the file?
