Thank you once again for filing out the initial recruitment survey we sent. We are excited to inform you that you have met the requirements to proceed to the second phase of our study titled, Truck and Bus Maintenance Requirements and Their Impact on Safety IRB# 23-1050.

The second phase is a survey (link provided below) that should take approximately 45 minutes to complete. Before you do this step, please read the Online Informed Consent Information document that is attached. After completing and submitting the survey, you will have the option of accepting compensation for $50 that will be sent by a check in the mail.
