Financial institutions obtain
insurance on loan for repair/improvement of property; purchase of a
manufactured home and/or lot; the purchase of fire safety equipment
in existing health care facilities; and the preservation of
historic structures.
There were no changes to either
of the two Title I Loan programs. The responses and burden hours
for annual reporting and recordkeeping have decreased, primarily
reflecting a decrease in the number of: lender-respondents that
participate in the Title I programs. Title I lenders have reduced
participation due to the COVID pandemic, and because loan amounts
are too low under both Title I loan programs.
