Short Statement: The estimated annual burden hours associated with Form N 4 has increased from 292,487 hours to 332,240.30 hours (an increase of 39,753.30 hours). In addition, the external cost burden associated with Form N 4 has increased from $33,348,866 to $36,263,606 (an increase of $2,914,740). The changes in annual burden hours and external cost burden are due to our proposed amendments to Form N 4, specifically to account for the additional requirements for issuers that use Form N-4 currently and to add RILAs to the estimates.
