Hello:
USDA/SNAP invites you to a virtual discussion about job training and development programs. We’d like to ensure future outreach provides useful information to others who are involved in job training programs or may be involved in them in the future.
We are conducting virtual calls on [insert dates] and would like to invite you to participate.
Some details:
The duration of each virtual call is 60 minutes.
There will be 4-6 people joining the call.
Participants who qualify and complete the call each will receive a $75 electronic gift card as a thank you.
We will prepare a summary report based on all the feedback received, names and contact information will not be connected to the results.
The report will be for internal use only.
It is your choice to take part in the call. This project is separate from SNAP program in your state and your choice will not affect your benefits.

This is a voluntary collection and FNS will use the information to improve communication and marketing efforts to.
