Abstract: This information collection is related to DFARS part 245 and its associated forms and clauses. DoD needs the information to account for Government property in the possession of contractors. Property administrators, plant clearance officers, contracting officers, and contractors use this information to maintain property records and material inspection, shipping, and receiving reports.
