Brief Applicant Entity Questionnaire
The Office of Justice Programs (OJP) is collecting the following information to help
assess its efforts to attract a broader range of applicants. These questions apply
to the applicant entity and its work and scope only, and not to the specific
project(s) being proposed within the application. Responses to the following
questions will not be considered in the application review process. We thank you
for taking the time to complete this brief questionnaire.
